This year, our Managing Director, Steve, celebrates an impressive 25 years with Indigo Promotions. Joining the business in 2001 with a background in retail management, Steve played a pivotal role in shaping Indigo from its early days into the trusted, forward-thinking business it is today.

Steve founded The Goody Guide collection, which remains an inspirational and highly valued resource for marketing professionals nationwide. His industry-leading passion focuses on delivering client-centred processes and innovative solutions, always viewing each project through the client’s eyes.

Away from work, Steve’s creativity continues and can be seen through major home renovation and garden projects. Locally, Steve is renowned for his garden, and this is where you’ll most likely find him enjoying his downtime.

Building for future generations, Steve was always keen to monopolise on their daughters' well-earned childhood reputation as ‘Little Miss Chatterbox’, channelling her personable qualities into further developing the business.

Emily joined the team in 2015 and quickly developed a strong understanding of the business she grew up alongside. Popular with customers and naturally personable, she rapidly raised Indigo’s profile, working her way through the ranks to become Sales Director in 2019.

At home, Emily keeps just as busy with her two little ones, Evie and Archie. Alongside family life, she has a passion for interior design and has recently moved into her forever home – another exciting do er upper! Balancing all this with running a business is sure to keep her busy for years to come.

Liam, Emily’s husband, joined the Indigo team in 2019, bringing with him a strong management background and a proven track record of delivering global excellence in customer service through THG.

He quickly established himself as a highly regarded and efficient National Key Accounts Manager and currently holds the company record for securing the largest single order – exceeding the previous record by quite some margin.

Outside of work, Liam enjoys football and golf, as well as developing his culinary skills, drawing on his earlier career as a chef.

Grace joined the Indigo team in 2023 while completing her Business Administration apprenticeship. We’re incredibly proud that she passed with distinction and has since secured a permanent position within the business.

A true team player, Grace consistently goes the extra mile, carefully nurturing customer orders and striving to exceed expectations at every step. Outside of work, Grace loves socialising, and has a particular soft spot for samosas!

An absolute whizz on Apple Mac and industry-leading graphics packages, Phil joined Indigo in 2015 with valuable specialist experience gained in the Potteries – the heart of all things ceramic and china!

Phil is a true hands on team player and a calm, steady presence when deadlines loom and the pressure is on. He is also our resident ‘Indigo Sportsman’, regularly taking part in marathons and park runs, continually amazing the team with the distances he covers.

Liz keeps Indigo running smoothly by managing the accounts system and overseeing day to day finances, ensuring the business stays firmly on track.

Bringing great energy and zest for life into the office, Liz is a devoted cat owner who loves to dance and places strong importance on keeping fit and healthy. She’s also known for sharing her baking talents with the team – including a memorable vegan cake (you’ll have to ask Emily about that one!).
