Who we are

What information we collect and how

We collect personal information when you enquire about or order products from us, request samples or quotes, sign up to receive information from us, contact us by phone or email, or apply for a job with us. We may occasionally receive information about you from industry mailing lists and business data providers.

The information we collect may include:

• Contact details such as your name, job title, company, address, telephone numbers and email addresses
• Order and enquiry details, including artwork and delivery information needed to fulfil your order
• Technical information about your use of our website, such as your IP address and browsing activity, collected via cookies

If you visit our premises, please note that CCTV is in operation. Footage is stored securely on an internal server and is accessible only to the directors, Steve Johnson and Emily Johnson-Hicks.

We do not routinely collect special category (sensitive) personal data, and if we ever needed to, we would only do so with appropriate safeguards and, where required, your explicit consent.

You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues, at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns first, so please consider contacting us before approaching the ICO.
